Scientist manage to created a new material called grafem. This material not only is extremely durable and thin (less than 1 nm) but also extremely good conductor. New material will be cheap to manufacture and at least ten times faster than current memory. New technology is still tested and time of release has yet to be announced.
New material was developed 2 years ago, when scientist tried to create new super conductor. Scientist where amazed by durability and conductivity of new material.
Time will show if this memory will revolutionize computing or not.
