However, bathroom furniture is usually a secondary element when designing a bathroom – on tiles and sanitary facilities – these are an essential complement to the interior and decide on the character of the whole. As in the case of room furniture, the balance between functionality and quality of performance should be kept as long as none of the above should be badly affected when buying cabinets, bookshelves or mirrors.
When equipping the bathroom, we should also remember to manage the space prudently – the bathroom usually has the smallest area from all rooms in the apartment. Finally, a consistent fit of style and colors is key to achieving elegance. It is worth considering if we would like to match the interior with a wooden, oak hanging cabinet with a washbasin, an ornamental marble commode, or a granite counter top with a mosaic.
